The product is equipped with a variety of control modes to meet the management and control needs of compressed air systems under different working conditions:
- Single-point Pressure Control: Monitors system pressure in real time and coordinates the operation of multiple compressors based on a reasonable pressure range to ensure stable system pressure.
- Unit Rotation Modes: Supports modes such as sequential rotation events, First-In-Last-Out (FILO), Equal Hour Run (EHR), and First-In-First-Out (FIFO). It can balance the running hours of units and optimize start-stop logic as needed, reducing excessive wear of a single device.
- Energy Control Mode (ENER): Based on adaptive control logic and advanced algorithms, combined with compressor operating performance and system pressure changes, it intelligently selects energy-efficient units or unit combinations to dynamically match air supply and demand, achieving system energy consumption optimization.
Flexible Working Condition Adaptation
- Operating Parameter Table and Pressure Progress Function: Multiple sets of pressure bands and unit priority parameters can be preset, and seamless switching between parameter tables is supported to adapt to the system operation needs of different time periods such as shifts and weekends.
- Automatic Restart After Power Failure: The device can start automatically after power recovery, quickly restoring system operation and reducing manual intervention costs.
- Pre-filling Function: Designated units can be started and loaded in advance according to the set time period, raising the system pressure to the minimum value required for production and improving production connection efficiency.
Intelligent Monitoring and Operation & Maintenance
- Remote Monitoring VX System: X8I/X12I can be equipped with a VX module to access the local area network (LAN). Remote management and control can be realized through a standard web browser, supporting operations such as viewing device status, modifying system parameters, and remotely starting and stopping units without additional software.
- Full-process Operation & Maintenance Guarantee: It has functions such as equipment service reminders, historical event records, hierarchical account management, and alarm email notifications. It can monitor key data and query pressure/flow curves, facilitating timely grasp of device status and troubleshooting.

The X-Series products can uniformly manage compressors of various specifications. Among them, X8I/X12I can manage up to 12 screw compressors, compatible with fixed-speed, variable-speed, variable-airflow and other models, and supports connection with Ingersoll Rand and other brands of equipment; different models have differentiated regional control capabilities—X4I supports 3 groups of regional control, X8I supports 4 groups, and X12I supports 6 groups, adapting to the needs of air compressor stations of different scales.
