1. Oil-Flooded Screw Airend Remanufacturing

• Factory Overhaul

Ideal for sites with standby units and planned maintenance schedules.
Two service options are available based on airend condition:

· Rotatable (turnable) airend

· Non-rotatable airend

• Exchange Program

Designed for customers without standby units who require rapid recovery of production.
Four tailored solutions are available based on:

· Rotatable / non-rotatable condition

· Replacement with new or remanufactured airends



2. Oil-Free Screw Airend Remanufacturing

• Factory Overhaul

· Replacement of all internal bearings and sealing components

· Rotor surface polishing and application of new UltraCoat coating

· Removal and re-coating of housing internal surfaces

· Rotor clearance adjustment and precision assembly

· External housing repainting

• Exchange Program

· Exchange with remanufactured oil-free airend
